I read Nature every week. The letters section is by far the most specific and technical. It's usually about genetics. I don't understand most of it.

I've got a truther friend, and the thing about truther conspiracy theories is, they may find a way to tie past events together ("of course they had to invade Iraq, Saddam was getting ready to squeal"), but they are absolute ass at predicting what comes next. It seems that every new thing that happens is a surprise that must be accounted for with an assertion of some secret detail. Which is to say, even beyond their appeals to a half-remembered Physics 101 class from 15 years ago, the truthers ain't got nothing.
