5 star frustration

What happened? Did Ryu's ending just play over the top of the car destruction bonus round?!

kingofthenothing - 2011-10-12

Victory means nothing. The fight is everything. I guess he'd had enough of these chumps and their car bashing shenanigans.

I played the arcade version of WW almost daily for months and I never happened upon any of these bugs. I heard about the Guile handcuff bug, but I never tried it out because I didn't want to waste my quarters. I'm sure many of these bugs took years of autistic level concentration to figure out.

Udderdude - 2011-10-12

Not really, most of these are extremely easy to perform and were likely discovered by accident. http://combovid.com/?p=1450

OH MY CAR!

Burnov - 2011-10-12

One of my younger cousins was a Street Fighter 2 prodigy at age 11.

He'd play the game everywhere he could find it, especially against others.

He knew all of the glitches, and would mercilessly exploit them for his own amusement.

He was rarely beaten, even as a kid, I didn't even bother playing him after a while as he was too good.

However one time somebody did get the best of him, he recalls purposely causing a glitch to crash the game so he could leave the arcade undefeated.

You should sell the rights to that epic.

The deaf, dumb and blind kid...

SURE PLAYED A MEAN BALROG!!!

Caminante Nocturno - 2011-10-13

I was unbeatable as Q-Bee in Vampire Savior, but I did it the honest way! None of this glitch crap! I got that good like a real man, damn it!

sosage - 2011-10-13

Q-Bee? Might as well have been using glitches.

StanleyPain - 2011-10-13

There really is no need to do all that shit. All any kid needed to dominate (or at least stalemate) every SF2 tournament was:
1. Play as M. Bison.
2. Repeatedly do the "fly-across-screen" move.
3. Repeat as necessary.

kingofthenothing - 2011-10-13

Or just be Blanka and do the shock and roll forward tactic.

Caminante Nocturno - 2011-10-13

It never really dawned on me how goofy Blanka looks until this video.

FeeFiFoFoTheFifeFifeBrown - 2011-10-13

Damn. Honda's dick will not let up on that car. Brutal.
