Note that Rigel is blue, meaning it's still on the main sequence and a hot as fuck star, whereas the other ones are already dying and weak, cool outer shells. When Rigel finally explodes (if it hasn't already), we are seriously fucked in a number of exciting and potentially colorful ways.
