This isn't Fox New's opinion. Its the opinion of Bill O'reilly and a Fox News contributor.

Louis Armstrong - 2011-11-22

I'd be more then happy to give them a dose of flavor country then.

Oscar Wildcat - 2011-11-22

I suspect those kids protesting at Penn state for their child rapist would agree with you.

fatatty - 2011-11-22

Yeah, Fox News is actually a liberal station who are against authoritarian police tactics. It's just that all of their anchors and pundits are conservative fascists.

Cena_mark - 2011-11-22

I didn't agree with the spraying. I'm just wanting some integrity in the video's title.

THA SUGAH RAIN - 2011-11-22

Five Stars for defending the "integrity" of a POE video title.

Cena_mark - 2011-11-22

The only thing that pisses me off is when people confuse the opinions with a Fox affiliate's local news cast with Fox News.

StanleyPain - 2011-11-22

Affiliates are under the same marching orders as the corporate parent, though not to quite as extreme a degree. Fox News affiliates may not be AS bad, but that's like saying a leg being cut off isn't AS bad as an arm.

Cena_mark - 2011-11-23

There is a slight control Stanley, but you recall the infamous report on Anonymous by a Fox Affiliate with the exploding van? That's not on Fox News, that's typical local news trying to scare parents.

Adham Nu'man - 2011-11-22

I'm not from the US so I don't understand. Does a University Chancellor really have the authority to "order" the police chief?

fatatty - 2011-11-22

They were campus police.

fatatty - 2011-11-22

Yes, campus police apparently have riot gear now.

Dread Pirate Roberts - 2011-11-22

In the US, large universities have their own police force. It's usually small, probably 10-30 members depending on the campus size. They are always on campus in case any fights or intruders pose a risk to the students there.

kamlem - 2011-11-22

They should go out together to a restaurant and order a large bowl of Ricin (a food product, essentially).

spikestoyiu - 2011-11-22

Well, I mean, it sounds like rice.

kamlem - 2011-11-22

Ricin , from the castor oil plant Ricinus communis, is a highly toxic, naturally occurring protein (a food product, essentially). A dose as small as a few grains of salt can kill an adult (a Fox News anchor, essentially).

TeenerTot - 2011-11-22

Water is also a "food" product, so I'm sure she won't mind if I fill her lungs with it.

jangbones - 2011-11-22

the meme begins...from Gawker commentors;

Megyn Kelly on waterboarding: "It's a Neti Pot, essentially!"

Megyn Kelly on police dogs: "It’s a family pet, essentially!"

Megyn Kelly on rubber bullets: "It’s a pencil eraser, essentially!"

Megyn Kelly on Auschwitz: "It was a three star hotel, essentially."

Megyn Kelly on HIV: "It's a common cold, essentially!"

Megyn Kelly on tear gas: "It's like a sad story, essentially!"

Megyn Kelly on nuclear weapons: "It's a microwave dinner, essentially!"

Megyn Kelly on child porn: "It's a home movie, essentially!"

Megan Kelly on her haircut: "It's a style, essentially!"

citrusmirakel - 2011-11-22

Looks like I'm five-starring Gawker comments. Oh well.

memedumpster - 2011-11-22

A guillotine is essentially an expensive hair salon.

freedoom - 2011-11-22

I think you mean cheap plastic surgeon.

memedumpster - 2011-11-22

Why limit the marketing? It could also be a celebrity diet!

SolRo - 2011-11-22

it's essentially an overzealous facial razor.

Pillager - 2011-11-22

Weight loss device.

Dread Pirate Roberts - 2011-11-22

To be fair, she does go on to say "it was abrasive and unnecessary" essentially.

Konversekid - 2011-11-22

This is the coolest I have ever seen Fox News. Megyn Kelly is actually being incredibly reasonable about this, to the point that she keeps Bill from saying anything too stupid or something he will have to apologize for later. It's obvious however that they are on the side of the police and trying to be as non-confrontational as possible. This is obviously a ploy to try and calm more people to prevent them from protesting. Especially since they even commend campus protests as generally good, of course a sort of appeasement,

StanleyPain - 2011-11-22

Being beaten with a truncheon is essentially a very firm massage.

muffinbutt - 2011-11-22

A friend who went into the police force and was tasered and pepper sprayed (I am not clear if this was part of training or just for fun) says that pepper spraying is worse, so I guess that makes tasers a robotic tickling, essentially.

Robin Kestrel - 2011-11-23

It would be so nice to see them both splashed with white phosphorus ("It's just a smoke bomb, essentially").
