haha, another clip you can almost smell. You know, craziness and overreaction aside, there is something really troubling about suspending due process for anyone and labeling them "enemy combatants." I don't know too much about this, but I do find it concerning.

Call me nuts, but it seems like if there was actually a fascist putsch being planned, they wouldn't have bothered to ask first. I suspect there may have been something ELSE in the bill that was genuinely worrying to those in power, and a last ditch effort to kill it might have been thrown in, and the problem was that it didn't work.
