What a piece of crap that woman is. A cheap, sleazy friend of mine called me up with this exact same question.. including that he bought a wireless extender and everything, and that he felt a victim because he lost his source of free (read: stolen) Internet. For a while he had control of the guy's router because he found out the default password for the unit, and locked it up so the guy couldn't change the settings to block him out. Eventually the guy caught on and must have done a hardware reset, then added his own password. This is when my "friend's" scheme fell apart. I told him he was an asshole, that there was nothing I could do to help, and even if there were I wouldn't because he's a dick.
My "xtian" neighbor's family was using my WiFi for the longest time. (And apparently invited all his friends over to use it as well.) Of course, he got all huffy when I finally locked it down, because now his kids couldn't do their homework.
