I really wish this series was on DVD. Why isn't it???

Tripitaka - 2012-01-10

No "pets of the elder gods" or "kill it with fire" tags?

Cena_mark - 2012-01-10

Those bastards at Cartoon Network dropped this show too damn early. They should've kept this running. It would have made a perfect block with adventure time.

kingofthenothing - 2012-01-11

This show and Chowder helped me through some very dark times.

Mancakes - 2012-01-10

Jesus shitting Christ, I missed this one.

Mambazo - 2012-01-11

Oh wow.

I've literally seen that image numerous times and it STILL freaked me the fuck out when they flashed it like that. Not fucking cool.

kingofthenothing - 2012-01-11

You big baby.

Mambazo - 2012-01-11

Shut up it was scary!

cognitivedissonance - 2012-01-11

It reminds me of something out of "Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark".

Squeamish - 2012-01-11

"The story of the terrifying cat and how it ate you in your sleep."

fedex - 2012-01-11

but seriously how the fuck does it chew like that? or does it just attach itself on like a hagfish or lamprey with suction? and then the dermal abrasion begins?

Pompoulus - 2012-01-11

Fuck me that is exactly what I thought. The illustration for that story where the spiders burst from the girl's face scared me so bad I eventually tore that page out. This is reminiscent of that guy.

dead_cat - 2012-01-12

fedex, to answer your question, it has many rows of teeth, with each tooth able to be flexed in its socket. To eat, it uses the first row to shred, and then pull in food to the row behind it, and so on, in a continuous loop. By the time the food has finally reached its throat, it has been pureed and can be easily swallowed.

fedex - 2012-01-12

thank you, dead cat! that was informative and awesome

American Standard - 2012-01-11

I could use a candy wife.

Binro the Heretic - 2012-01-11

I haven't forgotten, it just doesn't fucking come on anymore.

:(

I heard a rumor Paul Reubens was originally intended to provide Flapjack's voice, but when he backed out, the show's creator filled in and became the character's permanent voice actor.

I can't help but wonder if the show was better or worse for that.
