When I was 13, I was lucky if anyone could score me fucking Pixie Sticks, much less weed. I didn't even see a fucking joint in a school setting until high school, and even then I never knew a soul would even touch the shit on campus. Whatever, 90s PSAs......

I never got offered free drugs. My friends that did smoke cherished that shit like it was gold and wouldn't even think of sharing.

I didn't get offered any until the end of my 1st year at college, and my roommate my 2nd year ALWAYS had it on hand, albeit it was really shitty Rez weed most of the time.
