I kept thinking of every movie where they shrink a submarine and send it into a human body. Make another one I can pilot and has lasers and dump it in a cancer patient.
*PEW PEW* I'm curing you!
Nu-uh!
Uh-huh!
Mom, he's curing me again, make him stop.
Timmy, stop shooting your brother's cancer with lasers.

This is some slick whole food propaganda, right here. I hardly noticed the scientific dress didn't fit quite right.
Yes, things from petrol sound bad and gross like poison and toxins that we don't want in our body. But unless more information is given as to why these particular food dyes and preservatives are bad, the argument relies on not much more than pathos: You would not consume oil and butane, right? Well processed foods have chemicals found in or that come from those things, so don't eat processed foods.
With that being said, I won't be eating ramen or drinking Gatoraid until I learn more.

I'm not watching this right now, but I predict the conclusion is some paleo-diet-esque nonsense.

hydrocarbon
carbohydrate
carbohydrates contain oxygen, hydrocarbons don't
oxygen is also found in sulfuric acid, a dangerous acid
therefore carbohydrates must be more dangerous than hydrocarbons
ipso facto
