After looking at his Deviantart page, I'm pretty sure he's the real deal. If he is a troll, then he is extremely dedicated to his craft.

Also, never fails: While reading the original comic, I thought to myself, "Oh come on, this is obviously just some frustrated 12-year-old kid who's getting bullied at school." Turns out he's twenty years old. Twenty. Fucking Deviantart. I never learn.
