NewHeavenSalesman - 2012-02-26 I'm saying that that the underlying message isn't any more shocking than your average non-American advertisement. The writing is only exceptional if you've never seen a movie with a subtext (whoa I don't think that drain is just a drain maaaan).
I think Terry Crews Old Spice ads are interesting if just for the fact that they're a mass-marketing appropriation of current internet culture. This is like a dude from 2001-era fark getting a million dollars to joke how cleaning a drain blockage is like fucking a lady in her pussy and asshole.

But I already said that from a strictly "getting views and free exposure" viewpoint, it's very successful. I just don't think the writing really lifts it to be anything more than something you'd see playing on tv during a Two and a Half Men segment, right before cutting to Ashton Kutcher's face doing a whoaaaa expression.
