That sounds completely different than how I recall the hopper working. As I understood, it needed a +7 balance of votes so anything with 6 down votes needed 15 up votes. Right?

I admit, I was the "tipper" on this. There were six more "up" votes than "down" when I got there, so the math on this was all right.

I have a strategy with the hopper: if there are 5 or 6 votes, and I can imagine someone or other being entertained by the video, I vote it up just so it can get out of the hopper. I rarely vote things down, unless it's a dupe or it breaks the rules in some fashion; just because a given thing doesn't appeal to me personally is a poor reason to try to kill it in the hopper.

This chick is trying to be interesting, but is dull in a very British way, and that kind of amuses me. She's not even showing her cleavage; she's going about it all wrong.

I had a look at her channel; she has only a handful of videos spanning the last several years. I don't think she's after that much attention. Also, she's like 17 or something.

Like, throughout the video she gradually keeps undoing her shirt until the surprise ending is she goes full-cleavage and suddenly an ad shoots up at the bottom and it would be some commentary on the reply girls, but.... no.
