glasseye - 2012-03-18

Some $$$$$ required.

SolRo - 2012-03-17

rich dad, divorced, elaborate video editing

The Mothership - 2012-03-17

my thoughts exactly.

lordyam - 2012-03-18

fair enough

Hooker - 2012-03-18

I wouldn't really call this editing "elaborate."

oddeye - 2014-04-08

You are all wrong, this actually is 100% real. I worked on the filming of this myself. We only had a couple of cameras so we would have to film each section through multiple runs; resetting, changing batteries etc. as we went. Filming only took 3 and a half days with the help of a couple of the neighbours like me.

Setting up the track he wanted to do completely alone so that took the better part of a month. During that time the sidewalk there was off-limits to everyone but the emergency services.

We did this in the hope that the video would go viral and we would raise awareness and donations for the charity. Hopefully we can cover at least the ,500 budget and loss of wages, otherwise everyone would have been better off just donating a grand and calling it a day. Please don't let that happen.

It won't be back for three hours and forty minutes. Once it had snow on it.

Chancho - 2012-03-17

"Dad, can we play with the hot wheels now?"
"NO!"

Void 71 - 2012-03-18

Maybe next time he'll let his kids play with it.

Mancakes - 2012-03-18

"Awsomely Epic"? Fuck off.

Mancakes - 2012-03-18

Extra star for charity, but this is probably just the track pieces moved and shot for each stretch.

lordyam - 2012-03-18

i giggled like a five year end old

fedex - 2012-03-18

mancakes for the win

Lef - 2012-03-18

Viral video paid for by Mattel?

the battery budget must be impressive.

Mister Yuck - 2012-03-18

Ugh. The only remotely creative part of this was when he put the ping pong balls on the track. What a waste of money.

Robin Kestrel - 2012-03-18

The jump into the funnel was pretty clever.

cognitivedissonance - 2012-03-18

I hate them all.

RocketBlender - 2012-03-18

Richardson is about 20 minutes or so from the "Southlake, TX" country club I used to work at. Everyone in the local area either works at one of the places they entertain themselves at or has this much disposable income.

You'd all be surprised just how accurate the Bluth family is, as far as country club personalities go.

RocketBlender - 2012-03-18

I won't lie though, wish I could afford to do something like this with my kid.

Hubba Bubba Nightmare - 2012-03-18

I swore I had seen this before so I didn't vote on it in the hopper, maybe I saw it on spaceghetto

dairyqueenlatifah - 2012-03-18

I don't care what anyone says, that's a pretty cool dad.

dogfather87 - 2012-03-18

I want

Jet Bin Fever - 2012-03-19

I can dig it.
