Follow That Bird was pretty entertaining.

That may just be the nostalgia filter as it's one of the first movies I remember seeing (I'm 28 now), but I watched it again fairly recently and it still held up.

Follow That Bird was the first movie I ever saw in a theater. All I can even vaguely remember was Big Bird being painted blue and forced to sing in a bar and a "tossed salad" gag where lettuce was thrown all over the place.
