I like to imagine that the band is just vamping on stage while the singer is throwing up into a bathroom sink while trying unsuccessfully to blot up his nosebleed.
Um, hello, but the film "Crusher Joe" was released in 1983, a few years before ahem, Robotech, based on a series of sci-fi novels written by Haruka Takachiho, which I'm surprised you don't know. SURPRISED, I say. :runs fingers through spontaneously grown neckbeard:
Seriously though, this was a bowlderized version released in the UK edited "for the kids" I suppose because the film was pretty violent.
haha, okay fair enough. I just saw the Veritech-ish planes and his Rick Hunter-ish hair and put two and two together. I was a big Robotech fan as a kid.
The credits make it look like Crusher Joe was a sentient wormhole that these guys made angry, so began manifesting as all kinds of natural calamities to ruin their lives.
