Just so you know, a hamburg steak is NOT a hamburger. I found this out the hard way at a cheap place in Japan. It did come with a big egg on top of it though, which made me happy in a weird carnivore sort of way.

Hamburg (hamburger) steak is just basically meatloaf, fried in a patty instead of baked in a pan. Still very good stuff, though.
