The art looks sort of Slayers-like. I like the twin-ponytailed miko.
Checked the wiki, not from the Same studio as the Slayer folks, but yeah, very similar styles. When I saw the intro I immediately thought of Ranma 1/2, and sure enough, it's Studio Deen. Dear God, It's crazy how many early Studio Deen series I watched. Hell, the last anime series I watched recently was the old "King of Bandit Jing".

Hironobu Kageyama (the dude singing) is one of my favorite anime singers/voice actors. The man's enthusiasm is infectious enough to be weaponized.

This show was ok, but i have to say i miss this kind of character design, now everyone looks like pasty white poorly-feed kids.
I always wanted to watch this anime, but I never got the chance.
