I could easily watch this without embarrassment, fear, or need of subtitles.

Look at all that sexy, Italian fish bait!

I thought this somehow looked vaguely familiar out of some b-movie memory stashed away in my brain, and sure enough...looking it up, this movie was put out on home video in the US as "Screamers" with the memorable inside-out man on the cover and the tagline "THEY'RE MEN WHO'VE BEEN TURNED INSIDE OUT AND AREN'T DEAD YET" or something like that, when in fact the movie has nothing whatsoever to do with any of that.

The good ol days of italian cinema.
