New low for terrible.

They gave Fred his own movie, and the GEICO caveman's show was on network television. By contrast, giving a cable show to a webseries that was amusing for fifteen seconds just seems like depressing inertia.

Oy.

And I saw plush toys of the orange in a claw machine in a Missouri Wal-Mart a few weeks ago. I was afraid something like this was happening.

There is no god.

wow, not meant as a reply. I think I just clicked below the video wherever I could and just... oh man, let me get out of this site for a little while so I can regain my composure.

You're sure taking your sweet damned time ending, world.

The Fifth Horseman is an SEO consultant who has just crowdfunded his production of 10 webisodes of a Cory Doctorow-esque dramomedy involving Apple products, steampunk and popular and amusing memes.

I just read that they're thinking about rebooting the Twilight movies already.

Yeah, that should do it. It probably won't, but it should.

Stars for having shots of Danny Trejo and Jeffrey Tambor, then cutting to some dildo going "and we were so lucky to get great celebrities on this like...THIS FAT GUY! EVEN TONY HAWK!"

Binro the Heretic - 2012-06-16

I could fucking throttle everyone responsible for putting this on the air. I could kill them in front of their mothers and still sleep like a baby at night.

While I wouldn't go so far as to murder the celebrity voice artists, they have all gone way down in my estimation. Participating in this show is a sin nigh impossible to erase.

My five-year-old nephew runs around imitating the most annoying bits from each show. I hear that damned "Nluh-nluh-nluh-nluh-nluh!" thing in my sleep.

Stars for pure evil.

SteamPoweredKleenex - 2012-06-16

I'm guessing the selling points for this were [total hits on YouTube]+[production values cheaper than a 50-year-old hooker] = greenlight.

dairyqueenlatifah - 2012-06-16

I remember a few months ago seeing plush toys based on this on sale at the register of a Walgreens I was at. I thought that was bad.

But oh, I wasn't ready for this.

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2012-06-17

People watch this and think it's funny. Some of them even think it's witty. Enough to attract an entire television network to employ a team of people to make more of it. Oh, and they also get paid to make this while scores of people with engineering and business majors can't find work.
