There are some quite creative and well-done Chinese animated shorts on Youkou.com. You do have to sit through an ad before seeing the videos. There's a bizarrely creative, rude and frenetic one still in the hopper that's been voted down and I can only guess it's because I didn't mention the ad in the beginning.
