You know, I'm starting to find myself on the side of people making amateurish videos and posting them on the internet. I'm an atrocity tourist but I think the people that go around telling people how terrible they are and to stop making music are completely fucking wrong.

I choose to see terrible things that I don't enjoy. I once watched a gay guy nail another gay guy's nutsack to a board. I thought it was a horrifying image, but I didn't blame them for making me watch. I didn't feel any desire to convince them not to do that anymore.

These people are fucking atrocity tourists that won't admit that shit. They act like they fucking accidentally Googled "terrible music videos" instead of "good music videos" and couldn't figure out how to turn the video off while wearing the headgear from "A Clockwork Orange". It's bullshit.

When we started recording and playing back music we lost something important. I'm sure most of you aren't competitive cyclists but that you have learned, at some point how to ride a bicycle. Music used to be the same way. People that weren't musicians still had an instrument. People gathered together and they played music. They sang songs together. I'm sure it wasn't as technically proficient as professionally recorded music, but I'm sure it was a much more fun and meaningful experience.
