Body dysmorphic disorder is weird. This guy looks pretty normal. I've known much uglier guys who have no trouble dating attractive women with good personalities. Hell, I'm pretty goofy looking and 25 pounds overweight myself and I don't do that bad. This guy's biggest problems are bad haircuts and being completely delusional and self-obsessed, all of which are fixable, and not doing anything about it is most definitely his fault.

Most of those PUA guys look like him or much worse and they manage to pull reasonable vadge without much problems.

He looks like a regular dude, IMO, I don't see what the big deal is.

I feel bad for him, he needs a friend, he needs to build his confidence, and when he feels comfortable in his own skin and is able to enjoy life, he won't see his appearance as being so much of a problem.

I'm not quite convinced that this isn't some weird humiliation porn.
