How stupid do you have to be to realize that legality has no bearing on the ability of people ALREADY planning to do illegal things of acquiring said weapons.

Brilliant logic. People who want to break the law will break it anyway, therefore everything should be legal.

I love Seinfeld and most would consider me liberal but that article was dumb as hell. The American liberal's fear of guns is incredibly fucking retarded and ultimately self-defeating.

Why should Americans be allowed to own AR-15s? Because they are fucking awesome, and because there is no good reason not to allow people to own them. They are not a factor in violent crime. Neither are "high capacity" magazines. If you could wave a magic wand and make them all disappear there would be exactly zero reduction in violent crime.

By all means though lets continue to tilt a windmills and hand elections to evil puritanical oligarchs. This is totally a real issue that responsible people should worry about as our economy crumbles and all economic growth in this nation goes straight into the pockets of a few thousand wealthy malefactors for the second or third straight decade.

When you begin to think you really need assault rifles to go on with your life, maybe it's time to consider moving to another town, or country.

Nobody "needs" ANY rifles, but nobody can make a rational argument backed up by facts to ban them either.

My guess is that Jason Alexander wrote and directed this as an attempt at reviving his career. He tried submitting it to Sundance and Cannes, but they just mailed him back rejection letters smeared with human shit, which reminded him of Nickelback, and here we are.

It bothers me more than it should that he's now starring in trash Nickelback videos. This guy was George Costanza and Duckman, and now he's in this and doing the worst guest spots ever on Criminal Minds. I guess he's still better off than Kramer though.
