The narrative is confusing in this: is this from a perspective of a child or some idiot anti-feminist?

Let's just assume that feminism equals single female parent. Now let's just assume that parent will be negligent and abusive. As you can see, I've proven feminism leads to bad parenting.
Let's just assume feminism leads to female teachers (rather than more equal representation in underpaid jobs). This obviously means that boys won't learn and will get bad grades because they need to run around while learning, and girls don't.
He will be forced to play volleyball, as opposed to the archery he so needs as a male, because of the female tyranny (and not because one involves giving kids a ball, and the other involves deadly weapons).
Up next: How allowing women to work as pilots is responsible for bad in-flight movies and the snoring guy next to you with no personal boundaries.

What middle school English class(that looks about his age) has IN THE HISTORY OF EVER assigned "Madame Bovary?"
|
augias - 2012-08-25 'sides, Madame Bovary has its own kind of "men's rights" message; I mean if this guy had ever actually read the book he would have assuredly latched to that point of view.

Less than ideal upbringing is nothing new. Neither is educator indifference. It's funny how a number of specific examples are shown to somehow detail the oppressive upbringing this child experiences and how it relates to his gender mostly. There's far worse things happening to children than having their dad's visitation rights revoked, but this guy doesn't care.
|
IrishWhiskey - 2012-08-25 Plus the example of how it's bad to have a female judge because an innocent father's rights were revoked, only applies because he's innocent. If it were a male judge declining it and he were guilty, you could have the opposite message. And of course they could reach the decision independent of their gender, the speaker just assumes otherwise.
There's no systemic argument against feminism here, it's just picking a worst case scenario and blaming women for it.

They've actually succeeded in making me hate the First Amendment. Why did they make me hate the First Amendment? This is terrible. I know I shouldn't hate their freedom of speech but I do, so very much, and I feel awful that I do.

It begins by complaining that single mothers walk too fast, and goes downhill from there.

God, what turned these people into such fucking CUNTS? If there is a positive to the old-school romanticized notion of "masculinity" it is doggedness. A MAN (all caps) will endure any hardship to see that the right thing is done, right? Not make bitchy videos on the internet.
