Sorting his videos by popularity, it seems he had quite a following when he first discovered our surveillance. Thankfully, even the other TIs got bored of him 2 to 3 years ago, and now he's pretty much on the "just be sure to fuck with him every now and again" list.
Whomever is blasting him with Cogni-Static needs to set the oscillation tuner slightly lower. That "wind on mic" sound is an erroneous phase. It also disrupts the murder formation of the "crows."
And a POEtver is watching this video and laughing and outside the window a murder of crows sits on a tree, looking inside. They open their beaks wide and tiny metal tubes extend from deep inside their mouths, topped off with what look like crosses between lenses and tiny satellite dishes...
