Just an aside, me and the guys that go to breakfast every Wednesday to chat about sports and old people problems spent a good portion making fun of the Coast Guard Academy Bears. We were talking about Navy's defeat by Notre Dame and the conversation turned to if the Coast Guard had a football team, which we promptly laughed off until we looked up to see that they do in fact have a football team.

5 stars for all the civilian mariners who came to help. The Coast Guard can't be everywhere and we frequently call for the help of "Good Sams."
