It's actually not so much a tornado as it is a dust devil (different classification and phenomenon). I believe that the person who took the video coined the phrase "fire devil" off of dust devil which I agree seems pretty appropriate.
According to Wikipedia they're called "fire whirls", which is a satisfactorily cool name, but just barely.
Was this followed by a huge migration of Hebrews arguing over whether they should ask someone for directions?
