Yes, he also wrote Halleluja I'm a Bum and about a dozen others, including "His Parents Haven't Seen Him Since," one of the more racist songs I've heard in my life. This one has always been my favorite.
This was featured on one of my "Dr. Demento's Basement Tapes" collections. Great stuff.
