I like how they sent the reporter outside to stand beside The Internet.

I only used twitter once, because it was the only way I was able to get a hold of this business, and then they told me that I could just regular e-mail them, so I just did that from then on.

Not a fan.

If you're like me with 20 or so followers, there was never any point to this.

And 5 years later it's still useless.
