I'm pretty sure this show made me hit puberty a few years early. 5 stars.

For grade school me, there weren't many women hotter than the Solid Gold Dancers, the singer from the Bangles and Moose from You Can't Do That On Television.
This show's biggest triumph was influencing "The Running Man" as well as a ton of exercise equipment infomercials.
The recording quality of this just adds to the age of it. I feel that much older remembering it on TV. Noting that solo dancing to Air Supply is not easily pulled off and therefore the shortest bit of the bunch.

This was the kind of thing people watched before MTV was in every home.
The further away we get from the 80s, the more all of it looks hilarious.
It wasn't Soul Train, but it was still all right.
