N.B.: women are not part of the "white establishment".

Louis Armstrong - 2012-11-07

Old white man realizes he isn't as entitled to as many things as he used to be.

Blue - 2012-11-07

We are entitled to those things because we paid for them with our tax money.

Seriously, there's billionaires taking millions of dollars for nothing and there's poor people getting a pittance to spend on food. Are we really pretending that the fucking poor people are the problem here?

Blue - 2012-11-07

Oh, dammit. I'm hungover. I didn't mean that as a reply. What I meant to reply with here was "I've been on food stamps and welfare, did anybody help me out? No." - Craig T Nelson.

IrishWhiskey - 2012-11-07

Keep Government out of my Medicare! - a real sign at Tea Party rallies.

Louis Armstrong - 2012-11-07

Oh Blue, its all good in the hood!

The Mothership - 2012-11-07

Cause lord knows white folks don't want or need any help from the government; they're self sufficient and hard working.

Jet Bin Fever - 2012-11-07

Job creators.

Billy the Poet - 2012-11-07

If any of these people had an even functional education, the irony of a proud Irish Catholic bitching about the diminishment of the "white establishment" would have them rolling on the floor.

Dinkin Flicka - 2012-11-07

Huh. It's nice to have a paragon of successful civil rights progress laid out in front of us. Thanks for the hard work, Billo.

TeenerTot - 2012-11-07

If by "stuff" you mean "people over corporations," then you have a point.

Cry more, "traditional" America.

badideasinaction - 2012-11-07

But c'mon, minorities have it easy in the US, so no problem, right?

Billy the Poet - 2012-11-07

You joke, but that's absolutely what people like this think.

IrishWhiskey - 2012-11-07

There's a reason the video clip of Romney damaged him. Because he said exactly what the GOP thinks. Half the country (women and minorities mostly) are lazy entitled moochers who only vote Democrat to take stuff from rich people. And white people (like Mitt Romney) would have it far easier if they were minorities.

And the media is biased against them, so much so they have to take polls (which turned out accurate) and skew them toward Romney with no factual basis, and put them on a site called "unskewed polls". It's like they're my senile grandpa, getting increasingly bitter and fearful at a changing society and everyone different because he's stuck in front of Fox News all day.

Oh wait, that's exactly what's happening.

Sanest Man Alive - 2012-11-07

Guys he's right you know I voted for Obama and as soon as the election was called I turned black as a moonless midnight it was awesome

Cena_mark - 2012-11-07

Did your dick get bigger too?

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2012-11-07

Just like Agent Cooper's coffee!

chairsforcheap - 2012-11-07

five for the comment and the reference i didn't even catch

Caminante Nocturno - 2012-11-07

Oh man, I can't wait until the Obama administration sends me my box of free stuff and things!

Reagan's America's may be dying slower than I'd like, but it's still dying, and we should be thankful for that.

Void 71 - 2012-11-07

He's partially correct, but it's not just a demographics shift. The white establishment (rich whites) are cannibalizing themselves as more wealth is consolidated into fewer hands. He also neglects to mention that the increasingly decadent white establishment threw working class whites overboard three or four decades ago. Expecting them to vote for a guy like Romney is like expecting them to vote for their boss.

I absolutely love seeing the panic on the faces of rich white people. It puts so much joy into my heart.

takewithfood - 2012-11-07

So we started the day with Beck's open call for a civil war, then we had O'Reilly with his "whites are the minority" piece, and then Chris Matthews says he's "SO glad we had that storm." Great job, guys.

StanleyPain - 2012-11-07

Also, Ted Nugent is "crying tears of blood."

Pillager - 2012-11-07

Personally, I love how Trump is flipping his wig & calling for a march on DC.

OxygenThief - 2012-11-07

Never has the phrase "flipping his wig" been used more accurately.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2012-11-07

"ALL THAT DEMOCRATIC PUSSY" would like to dedicate this election to Ted Nugent.

dairyqueenlatifah - 2012-11-07

YES! YEEESSSSS! YOUR CONSERVATIVE TEARS ONLY MAKE THE DARK LORD STRONGER!

Hehe, "Dark Lord".

Jet Bin Fever - 2012-11-07

All my favorite people to hate are so sad today.

Hooker - 2012-11-07

It's crazy someone can still just say something that balls-out racist.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2012-11-07

While I did not violate my policy of not watching anything that has Bill O'Reilly in it, I would like to suggest that the immediate future for the GOP isn't as bleak as it may seem today. There aren't that many candidates of color out there to get the minorities voting as a block. There will be races with white Democrats against white Republicans, and the old strategies will hold... for a while.

But the GOP is headed for a reckoning. It's not just the shifting demographics; it's the strategy of pandering to fear, hate and ignorance. THE BASE gets crazier and angrier and stupider with every election. They nominated Romney, this suit that walks like a man, because every other candidate was too scary or mean or ridiculous. The slate of presidential candidates says everything about the self-inflicted problems the GOP is facing.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2012-11-07

Okay, I watched some of the clip. I've seen Megyn Kelly struggle before to comprehend that Obama can be doing so well with such low approval ratings. One of the problems she's having here is that she's on Fox Fantasy News, and she's proceeding from the Fox Fantasy News narrative about Obama being a radical socialist. She thinks that everyone who disapproves of Obama is coming from the right of him, since there's virtually no one to the left of him, right? I mean... he's BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, for God's sake!

Grandmaster Funk - 2012-11-07

It's similar to when every time 51% of Congress is taken by Democrats, all of a sudden, every approval poll of "Congress" is taken by Fox News to be a referendum on the Democratic party. (No reason why "Congress" would have consistently dismal approval rates across the whole of the population, right?) With a Republican Congress, this statistic drops off the radar.

memedumpster - 2012-11-07

The GOP needs to be sued into oblivion for lying to me about my dreams coming true. I woke up today and churches were NOT being targeted, white people were NOT a minority, and my gay brethren were NOT infiltrating the government. Nowhere near me is a kiosk giving out free abortions and the welfare dept told me I couldn't collect a billion dollars, no not even if I said I was Mexican. I'm afraid to even try prayer now for fear that God WONT strike down my enemies.

This world is boring without the GOP Shadowrun fantasy in full swing.

IrishWhiskey - 2012-11-07

Dick Morris, the shyster pollster who was predicting Romney landslides until the last minute, has a book coming out soon called "Here Come the Black Helicopters!".

If anything I expect their fantasies to get even more creative. I'm pretty cynical, but I'm still flabbergasted how in this election people like NOM and the NRA were peddling the same forced abortions and gay marriages while taking away guns and giving them to black people nonsense, that they did four years ago... and people still believe them. It's one thing to hate the things Obama does, it's another to hate him for things he's going to do, after four years of him clearly not being interested in it.

memedumpster - 2012-11-07

In our Scared New World, we no longer fear the Men In Black... now we fear the Black In Man...

StanleyPain - 2012-11-07

"If you want a vision of the future, Winston, imagine a wealthy white man, with no appreciable problems of any sort, crying into his heated swimming pool forever.."

memedumpster - 2012-11-07

Your Sixth Star, good sir.

Cherry Pop Culture - 2012-11-07

Billo is actually totally right for once. I do want things. Things like a job and the right to an abortion.

Caminante Nocturno - 2012-11-07

Nobody's going to hold it against you that you want things, but the fact that you want stuff as well as things is just plain greedy.

urworstnightmare - 2012-11-07

WTF ? white establishment ?? which world you live asshole ... SMD

what a shame fox news, hopefully you burned his ass after that

Rudy - 2012-11-07

For some people, that Obamaphone video was the only thing that happened in the last four months.

Mr. Purple Cat Esq. - 2012-11-07

I was kinda hoping for a Romney victory. US policy has had a lot of bad consequences globally, ranging from annoying (ACTA) to horrifying (Invasion of Iraq). I kinda wanted to see it consume itself into a contaminated shitheap, quickly.

Vaidency - 2012-11-07

Sixteen years ago, nonwhites made up just 10% of American voters.

Last night they were 28%. And more than 4 out of 5 voted for Obama.

Mitt Romney just became the first US presidential candidate ever to get 60% of the white vote but lose the election.

The Republican party decided about 30 years ago that they did no need the votes of minorities in order to win. They have been neglecting or actively driving them away ever since. Today a lot more of them just realized they have made a terrible mistake.

Maru - 2012-12-31

It just seems strange to me that he was never called on to answer for what he said here.
