Is it weird I'm more bothered by the horrible acting than the horrible dialogue?

i.e.

I hope that these were all like fortieth or fiftieth takes.

Like maybe the actors had it as good as they could possibly get that scene, and the director just kept yelling "MORE, GIVE ME MORE!!" through a bullhorn until they didn't even know what species they were.

"I can call spirits from the vasty deep... bitch!"

OH YEAH? WELL TILL DEATH DO US PART, ASSSSSHOOOOOLE!!

I misread that as "hot dog shit" which seemed like a curiously awkward and yet bluntly vulgar way to describe the clip, and thus completely appropriate.
