Is there anything else that's Croatian/Canadian? Other than the offspring of Croatians and Canadians?

I remember The Little Flying Bears airing in an early-Sunday-morning timeslot, on Global. I also recall three years between the copyright date, and the year LFB actually aired. When Canada holds off on airing filler purely meant to appease Canadian content regulations, there's something wrong.

I don't know what it is about environmentalist cartoons, but they are always beautiful trainwrecks.

I kind of want these bears to team up with Seabert, the Suntots, Yoohoo and Friends, and Free Willy (the Animated Series) to form The Justice League of Please Kids Don't Litter. They'll get their missions from Captain Planet himself, who will function like Professor X or Zordon, refusing to directly intervene despite being vastly more powerful than any of his underlings. Every week, they'll kind of awkwardly hover near a BP oil rig and yell "Knock it off!" until they are distracted by the hilarious schemes of those troublemaking weasels.
