You might be asking yourself how the statue of liberty came to become the nagging house wife from literal hell.

The previous episode, the heroes were ambush and trapped by the monsters. They decided to spray them with a new foam they had come up with but the effects backfired when it acted as an aphrodisiac on the monsters. The asexual cthulhu plant guy fell in love with a giant movie prop of himself, the zombie one turned the heroine into a giant ghoul for a dance partner, and Satan uses lava to animate statues so of course he stole lady liberty for his bride.

I remember being terrified of the zombification scene of this episode as a kid. I had no idea how crazy goofy the plot was.

Every cartoon Chris Latta is in turns into an absurdest fever dream more amazing than it has any right to be.

What I would give for a toxicology screening on everyone involved with this show...
