I've had particularly large spiders shriek territorial warnings at me before. I was thinking this would be like that, though I'm kind of glad it isn't.

I was expecting a big ass orb weaver pet spider, supposedly when annoyed they will start shaking in their web, vibrating it like a speaker cone, making an eerie noise until people quiet down a bit.

Or maybe a clip of a spider shrieking into an ultrasonic transducer producing a noise that is the emotional opposite of the "Rats Laugh When You Tickle them" video.

That sounds entirely likely.
