This site has turned me into a raving skeptic when it comes to these as it took me a good 3 viewings to convince myself it wasn't fake. I think it was the embarrassing ramblings of Macy Gray that did it.
It's fake. Everything is fake. I wasn't supposed to tell you this, but the internet is a huge illusion by the government to monitor your thoughts. Nobody else's thoughts, just yours.

Jamie Kennedy showed up 3 hours late to the Gathering Of The Juggalos and never got to perform, yet he somehow made it to this abortion on time. He must really hate having a career.
Also, someone in the backstage crew talking about working on the Fairly Odd Christmas special. That makes as much sense as everything else on display here.
KDOC is almost public access...I'm surprised they had the money for this much of a show. In the 90s all they could afford was Wally George and Australian soap operas.
