I'm surprised more people here haven't been following Nick more closely.

There was a video corky published recently in which he basically stated that the reason for all the expenditures was, as predicted, that he had gained a small inheritance.

In the video he admits that he didn't have much money left, and basically went on a spree, buying a brand new mustang, buying an expensive phone, and moving into a furnished house that he implied he had owned.

In his haste and arrogance he crowed to the government employees that covered his social security that he was flush with money and was now coming to the reality that he had spent it all on stupid things to impress people.

And yeah, he basically left youtube, and it seems that he's filing DMCA threats against people who host his videos.

Which is why some of them are disappearing.
