There are lots of places in Oregon that aren't Portland, Salem or Eugene.
Pretty much all of Alabama isn't Portland, Salem or Eugene.
Frontier justice was still a thing that happened in Eastern Oregon as recently as the late 80s.
We could use a "not the onion" tag.
This is more a "so blatantly stupid that even The Onion wouldn't do it". I think republicans are trying to outrun parody at this point.

Now that you mention it, saying the fetus is the largest organ really, really hurts their case instead of helping it. I'm left wondering what this was supposed to achieve..?
