"We're not the Mounties!" Is in reference to Vince getting in legal trouble over the use of Mountie iconography when Jacques (left) played the Mountie character. It's also confusing, because they still look like Mounties.
They look like mounties in the same way that guy from The Village People looks like a US cop.
