I love Larry David, but I wonder how much longer the "neurotic, insecure Jew" schtick will be around. Will this kind of comedy be around for our grandchildren, or will the neuroses imparted by being children of immigrant parents living on the fringes of mainstream WASP America disappear into the ether?

As long as there are jews there will be highly neurotic ones. How many are willing to be themselves in comedy clubs, well that's a different issue.
