I disagree there. This is obviously the starting tribulation of a blue collar worker. The cat sighs as it knows they can not be fed easily in the economy. Listening and replying as the owner checks in on his only companion and best friend.

Oh wow, I have a cat that does this when you sneeze around him. It comes off like a "please keep it down" kind of noise, though it is fun to hear him doing it all the way across the house when you sneeze in a whole other room.
