The answer to her question as to whether which parent she doesn't need is both. They should both die and she should go to a bunch of foster couples who will treat her like shit for state money. Then she can see how loving non gay couples really are.

No she won't. She'll grow up, she'll go to a great college, and then she'll wind up having a career as a congresswoman or a banker or a news media executive. She'll still be a goodie two-shoes, she'll still think she knows all the answers, and she'll have the power and connections to force her answers on the rest of us.

Some will some won't. Some girls like this will go to college, take a women's studies class, and change into a man hating, hippy, GUG much to her parent's chagrin.

Also kids like this were far worse in Sunday school.

Not really any stories, because they never really did anything cool. It was just their smug attitudes. The superiority they felt being able to look up a verse faster, or repeat verses from memory, the way they rejected excellent music for soulless CCM.

I never had to deal with Sunday School - or church, for that matter, outside of a three week period during which my dad got sick of atheism and decided our family should try being Unitarian (it did not work out very well). I did, however, have to put up with kids similar to the ones you describe; just replace "Sunday school" with "theatre camp", "repeat verses from memory" with "recite Shakespeare", and "for soulless CCM" with "for jaunty showtunes, sung in full drag".

You grew up atheist? I'm so jealous. My parents weren't religious wierdos or anything, but losing my faith and becoming an atheist was a bitch. I have friends who had religious parents, but knew religion was bullshit before the age of 10. That would have made life easier as well.

I was one of those smug know it all kids, Cena. The kind of clueless douche who wouldn't second guess the accuracy of death penalty trials for a second.

And my family's loss of religion was really weird. There really was no actual spurning from a religious member or disillusionment. It was almost like the Ramones I really don't know how I lost it, but I do remember hating the absolute smugness of some Christian students in their questions against science.

I hate religion in general but I have absolutely no particular reason to hate any group.

Basically we went to church regulary, then opted out for home sessions, then just stopped completely.

Can't really remember anything other than being dirt poor.
