Yes, like 99% of StealthWaveF22Raptor videos, nothing of importance is actually happening. I posted this more for the description he posted as "Justin Crowfish" instead of as "StealthwaveF22raptor" where he's pretending to be someone new to the whole "gangstalking" thing despite driving an identical Aerostar with a cracked windshield in Portland and thinking random pedestrians and other drivers are coordinating their colours just to slightly annoy him.

What's happening here is either it's SWF22R posting videos with a new username because he wants to post "proof" but he knows most people aren't taking him seriously seeing as how he comes across as someone with some mental disorder, or it's someone who is stealing SWF22R's videos and posting new descriptions pretending it's all happening to him instead. Either that, or there are two paranoid people in Portland driving identical cracked windshield Ford Aerostars who both believe in color coordination harassment, but that's astronomically unlikely.

Update, July 8th, 2013: StealthwaveF22Raptor is doing the "pretending to be someone else" thing again, this time as "Justin Shizzel", yet another guy driving a Ford Aerostar with a cracked windshield.
