Nancy Grace is up there with Everyone Loves Raymond and Two and a Half Men as something supposedly popular that you can't find a single fan of, not even by a degree of separation.
Aaron Sorkin would be a great writer if every single one of his characters wasn't constantly dripping with self-satisfied smug.

FABIO - 2013-05-23 It's not just this scene, it's everything he's ever written. Not a second went by on Sports Night where I didn't want to punch every character in their self righteous face.

SolRo - 2013-05-23 are you nancy or nancys producer, BHWW?
|
BHWW - 2013-05-23 Yes, my post indicates I have nothing but good things to say about Nancy Grace, SolRo. Let me break it down for you.
First, the statement is a play on the old question about what happens when an irresistable force meets an immovable object. Second, in this instance, the unbearable force is Sorkin's own brand of smug, hamfisted, preachy writing and the insufferable object is a certain self-promoting, self-righteous helmet-haired harridan named Nancy Grace, whom you may have heard of.
But what am I doing even bothering, I don't know about this memedumpster but we all know SolRo's brains are addled from years of anime addiction, so it's hopeless. Oh fuck did I just write a whole three paragraphs of this shit, damn it.

0:44 Wouldn't be a Sorkin show if he didn't make awful implications about women at least once per episode.
