All biographies about John Wayne Gacy mention the fact that he was a cook of exceptional talent, and thoroughly understood the use of spices. Were it not for the inevitable clown-rape at the end of the meal, I'd be very curious to try the cuisine.
Clown rape and murder would only be on the menu if you are to his taste. If you are a young or youngish man with a thin or athletic build, then I'd leave at the cheese course.
I just assume chefs who stay chefs just didn't get to the serial killer phase.
