I don't recall a juke box being the center of attention anywhere, even in the 80's. A Pac-Man machine, maybe.

Now that every bar and club has a TouchTunes jukebox that can play just about any song in existence (including Mozart and Dave Brubeck) what does the Stein Club boast today?

For a local TV host from the South in the '80s, this guys looks startlingly like someone I'd see walking down the sidewalk in Seattle

I looked up the stein club to see if it still exists, I think it is long gone. I found a blog about it that states

"It was the highest IQ bar in the country, maybe in the world, an oasis of intellectual discussions, bold sex, injured psyches, hilarious gossip, and more than a few plain out weirdos. The Stein Club spun its seductive web on Peachtree Street in a slower, less crowded Atlanta that no longer exists - Donna Brown"

I can only imagine it all came crashing down once they got a CD jukebox.

My dad nearly drank himself to death here during the 70s.

All he ever talks about is that damn jukebox.
