No not yet, but it seems intriguing! I heard about Dog TV last week when my Sheepdog friend wrote to me about it, that their logo Dog has ears like I have, perky tufted style Pyrenean Shepherd ears.
I also heard that DTV was being talked about in various Furry channels too.
The site actually found me, when my Dogmatic home page was an exhibit on PoE-red. I didn't think it was as Evil as other sites there, all Doggie morph pictures with no dialog, but it was cool because it was the first time I was really debated about being a pooch.
I'll look at DogTV, it's an idea that had to happen. Earlier this year Saturday Night Live had a bit called Top Dog Chef on the Dog Channel. There has also been a whole radio station for Dogs on line.
