It's funny because it's humor.

I haven't seen a BSOD since Windows 2000.

Old_Zircon - 2013-09-11

Like seriously, for all the criticisms of windows, valid and not so valid, I can't imagine what people are doing to make this joke even relatable. And I don't exactly pay attention to keeping my system optimized. Hell, I haven't even defragged in 3 years.

At this point, toe OS choice is

A) Servicable jack-of-all-trades that is decent at everything but not amazing at anything

B)GUI for Unix that looks like it was designed by a brony because it was originally made for technophobes who found command lines and two-button mice intimidating, but doesn't crash much because it doesn't give the user the opportunity to fuck things up, and tends to handle audio more effectively

C)Asperger's

On the other side of the coin, I still have friends who do an entire reformat of Windows every 3-6 months because "it makes it run better".

Pity star goes to the enraged Linux user who made this out of spite for some reason.

I actually get a lot of those notifications popping up in the bottom-right corner telling me that something needs updating, so I guess that's a thing, but Clippy and Blue Screen haven't been around for, what, six years?

The number of annoying issues you get in Windows is in direct correlation with how well you take care of the OS and how little trash you install. People who constantly complain about their system "doing annoying stuff" have only themselves to blame.

To put that in perspective of the video, that banana that guy ate was a webpage he opened in IE with his antivirus disabled because it kept "doing annoying stuff". I'm wondering if there isn't a secret message here, either intended or not.

I feel like this joke has been done a million times now, and usually better.

Jet Bin Fever - 2013-09-12

There was one of these months ago that was done a lot better. This is uninspired garbage.
