I don't get it, she folded a sheet. That's how you do it. Hell, she even had it clipped to a line, that makes it easier.

Old_Zircon - 2013-09-14

Is this some kind of "kids these days" commentary on how our culture is so full of manchildren that basic household chores seem like exotic stunts?

Meerkat - 2013-09-14

It's a goddamn fitted sheet. I hate those fucking things. I just crumple them up into a ball and throw them in a bag and put the bag under the stairs.

Jet Bin Fever - 2013-09-14

You just line up the elastic parts like she shows on the video then fold it into a square. Easy.

baleen - 2013-09-14

Not that easy. To get it into a square, you must fold the curve corner edges into themselves, so that they square up. That is what causes so many fitted sheets to be stuffed into corners of closets.

Old_Zircon - 2013-09-15

No, it really is easy, I do this without the benefit of a clothesline pretty regularly. Stars for all of us.

Old_Zircon - 2016-07-30

It's 2016 and I got sick of folding fitted sheets.

Solution: I just have one really nice fitted sheet, and I just wash it and put it right back on the bed.

Old_Zircon - 2016-07-30

Also I moved in to a smaller (but roommate free) apartment and had to chose between dresser or synthesizers.

Dressers are overrated anyway.

I worked at a hotel and helped housekeeping do this. I was a lot better at it than her at it after a while. It's not so bad.

Gmork - 2013-09-14

Protip: Just use one single fitted sheet for your entire life, and staple those edges so it never comes undone! When it gets rank, just add another layer!

The more you know.

garcet71283 - 2013-09-15

Yeah...I just wad these into a ball...

catpenis27 - 2013-09-15

I try to fold them like any other sheet, fail, cuss out Martha Stewart and the rest of it for making it look easy, and throw it in the closet.

Folded sheets are easy.

Also I like to keep all the sheets in a set together by using one of the pillowcases as a storage bag.

^ True pro tip.
