Never seen liquid effects that intense in real time. I imagine this game would scare the shit out of me. I don't have a console, and gave up PC's a long time ago. Oh well.

In fairness to the hero guy that man-creature is twice the size of hero guy and he spends lots of time cutting up bodies, and he's covered in blood and pieces of flesh. I can sympathize with hero guy's desire to not confront him with a knife.
